This Trading Card Game is based on the famous Captain Tsubasa comic/animation. The theme is about the World Cup 2002, in which Tsubasa leads the Japan team to challenge soccer players from other countries. Konami Japan also uses the similar rules to release another TCG, the Perfect Eleven.
