Captain Power

From publisher blurb: He's loud, he's proud, he's the biggest thing to ever hit Iron Bay and Megatropolis - and he's going to make sure you know just how bad he is and how much money he's got. Captain Power lives life large, just like Rex Love Pecks and other famous men do in the magazines he reads. He's got nothing but the finest women, cars, and lifestyle... with a little help from Zack's money, of course. That's how he rolls.
