CAPERS Pirates

From publisher blurb: This 16-page mini-setting and expansion for the award-winning CAPERS RPG brings super-powers into the world of seagoing swashbucklers during the golden age of piracy. It requires the CAPERS RPG to play. As it is a mini-settting, it provides the bare bones of what you need to run a few sessions but isn't an extensive treatment of the theme and era.
