The rebellion and strife that plagued the island in the past has ended and a new autonomous government put in place. Did the withdrawal of the Turkish armies release some evil? Or could the recent discoveries by the archaeologists that the papers call the Scholar and the Scavenger, be at the source of the problem awaiting you? Reporters claim the pair has found ruins that rival anything found in Greece or Egypt. What else might the archaeologists released from the rocky ground of Crete? The fifth adventure in the Hidden Treasure series takes place in March of 1898. Heroes of 1st through 13th level may participate. Playing previous adventures in the series is helpful but not required for success.
