Bullwhip & Harm

From publisher blurb: The original members of the Coalition—a super-powered criminal group dedicated to stealing money from corporations—worked and fought together out of greed, a shared desire to lash out at the world they felt had abandoned them, and for mutual survival against a growing list of enemies. These bonds survived long enough for several Coalition members to have children of their own, and then raise them as part of their world and criminal lifestyle. The Coalition fell apart after suffering its final defeat at the hands of Strikeforce One and EaGLE (Espionage and Governmental Law Enforcement) Division. The Coalition members’ offspring, on the other hand, escaped capture and went into hiding (indeed, few people even realized they existed). These super-powered teenagers, afraid of facing a hostile world alone, maintained their family bonds and formed a new group, the Clique.
