Keeping the same name, they developed a system where pieces of information are audited and paid for before passed onto world at large. Those who still follow an ideology of an open and uncontrolled Internet gather resources they can to form SwitchNet. Built mostly out of discarded technologies with reardoors within the Internet. It allows a manner of uncontrolled communication around the globe. "Hacker Outpost" is in need of recruits to perform missions of information gathering against corporations which will allow them to increase the presence SwitchNet around world. BS Hacker is represented by a single interface which contains a satellite map, trace data, information on the current action and overall status. The bulk of the user interface is taken up by a command console. By entering text UNIX style commands one can send different commands to computer systems and explore Switchnet universe plus various networks.
