Bruin's Maw

Publisher's blurb: Bruin’s Maw is a self-contained adventure that scales cleanly for parties from 1st through 5th level. You will explore the infamous cave known as Bruin's Maw in search of a missing deputy. What starts as a hunt for a wild bear ends in a meeting with a mad mind flayer from beyond the stars! This adventure runs great as a one-shot. It is designed to be an excellent introduction to Dungeons & Dragons for new players, or an easy grab for a few hours of quick, low-commitment roleplaying. Just roll up some characters, skim the document, and get adventuring! Bruin’s Maw is also a fun addition to your current campaign—simply place it anywhere you might find a small town on the edge of wilderness. Use it to introduce the influence of mind flayers into your campaign, or just to add a little Lovecraftian flair!
