The expansion set includes three custom play mats themed for Rain, Snow, and Wind. To achieve the effect of playing in weather, the expansion features two new Game Day decks - one themed for "Rain Day" and another cold weather "Snow Day" -as well as forecast cards with specific modifiers for each weather condition. Wind is handled through new cards on the board that apply modifiers, making the kicking game more challenging. Strong enough wind can even affect the passing game.
