Book of Talents is a supplement for use with most of Mind's Eye RPG Light systems. The talents are listed alphabetically with a concise description of what the might permit within the game. Talents "cost" one to three points. From the first page: There are many different talents that a character may learn. Some are useful in combat, others are only useful for the role-playing aspects of the game. Any character may purchase any talent.
