Bonechiller

From publisher blurb: For years a frozen terror has emerged from the winter night, stalking both the destitute huddling in back alleys and the rich & beautiful in their palatial homes. No one knows where the monstrous serial killer known as BONECHILLER came from nor where he disappears to. Is he a mutant, an alien, or some sort of supernatural monster? No one knows. What is known is that he is incredibly powerful, nearly unstoppable, and able to put down mortal men and super powered heroes alike.
