User summary: Characters in Blood in Your Mouth are former humans now consumed with the predator within--as the game states "pus and viscera within a skin of decency". Character creation is entirely freeform. Action resolution heavily favors narrative process, but sometimes dice are used. Characters roll several types of dice representing several character aspects. Depending on which rolls are "successful", the action proceeds along one path... or another.
