Blackbone

From publisher blurb: Things that go bump in the night have their own bogeyman. Blackbone is a relentless hunter of all things supernatural, an implacable fanatic that will never stop its savage crusade to destroy users of magic and their ilk wherever they may hide. Do you have what it takes to stand against this murderous marauder and bane of the supernatural community? Blackbone is a PL 11 threat to add to your Mutants & Masterminds campaign.
