Bizarre Citizens - D66 Strangers

Publisher's blurb: As a gamemaster, you can never have enough ideas for NPCs. The gateway to a more immersive game session, the non-player characters you drop into your campaign can serve as information sources, threats, nuisances, and – on rare occasions – direct assistance to the heroes’ actions. The d66 NPC concepts detailed within offer only enough of an idea to start your imagination. Although ever NPC that follows is named and includes a hook of some sort, the heavy-lifting to prepare these for your chosen game system falls on your shoulders.
