Publisher Blurb: The HMMWV, also known as the Humvee or Hummer, is one of the ubiquitous military vehicles of the modern age and the workhorse of current U.S. ground forces. Modular in its design, more than 180,000 have been produced worldwide to serve in a seemingly infinite number of roles for the United States and more than 50 friendly nations. The HMMWV is so successful, it has spawned dozens of immitators for both the military and civilian markets. This product is a subscription-based product, projected to cover some 100+ variants of the HMMWV, plus dozens of accessory packages, armor kits, and related weapon systems. The book will be updated periodically, roughly once per month. The subscription lasts until the conclusion of the product and the latest version will be available for download by subscribers at any time. As an added bonus, the final update will also include a full color version as well. As the product evolves, Each chapter is produced as a separate PDF containing no bookmarks. At release, the product intially covered 10 U.S. variants, 15 armor kits, 6 accessories, and 4 major weapon systems, and a total of 56 pages. The final product is expected to span more than 320 pages, not including the game system appendices. This product is currently undergoing extensive reformatting for future print release.
