Berlin Confidential

User Summary: The Berlin Confidential sourcebook for the third edition of Berlin XVIII offers a bit of everything. There are articles about the economic situation in 2070, interpol, more details about the day-to-day life in law enforcement (including examples of paperwork to fill), the legal prostitution system, activist groups (anarchists and others), and serial killers. There are also three scenarios: "les Ombres du passé" is about political activists, "Fire and forget" is an action scenario, and "Wolf" is about the hunt for a serial killer.
