The 2nd edition rulebook for the Beasts, Men & Gods RPG. After the game's 1st edition of 500 copies sold out, Bill Underwood revised the book and printed a 2nd edition of 1000 copies in 1982. Much later, Underwood revised the rules again and reformatted the text for a print-on-demand revised 2nd edition in 2011. From the back of the rulebook: "What is Beasts, Men & Gods? "It is a dynamic system of combat that combines the facets of realism into a plausible and playable form. "It is a unique magic system that allows diverse magicians and priests without hindering play. "It is a solid form of Fantasy Role-Play that engages players' interests from beginning of play to the end of it. "It's what you've been looking for to spice up your campaign."
