Bad Dog

From publisher blurb: The Truth Will Set You Free You’re heading home late one evening, a moonless night makes the shadows a deeper darkness with a stillness to the air. The shine from flashlights, headlights and even streetlights feel like mere candles in a starless expanse. That’s when you “feel it” — before you even “see it” with your eyes. You can feel the heat of its fire-brand eyes staring into all of you, into your soft flesh, into your very soul, deeper still into that secret place you keep from even yourself. It finds You, it finds your Secret, and it finds you… wanting. The howl it lets before springing from the shadows pierces the quiet like a thunderclap, and you can’t move before its vicious jaws close on your outstretched hand!
