User summary: Character creation involves selecting a pre-rat-invasion Profession and dividing a point pool into Attributes (Physique, Psyche, Profession). Attributes numeric ratings are between one and six. Optionally, characters may identify a Mutant Power. Each Attribute also may have an optional Specialty (somewhat like a Skill).
