Ark-Faction

From publisher blurb: Official Beacon Consul Missive: Begin Ark-Faction Protocol, activate Consul agents, begin mission briefing. Mission: containment critical. Heroes for Order The Beacon Consul has little to say about the organization and management of supers in the city, so they decided to form their own: the Ark-Faction Initiative. Comprised of state-sponsored and funded supers, Ark-Faction works to keep the balance between law and disorder in their own way. 16 NPCs, 4 locations, 2 subclasses, and 4 new magical items are all contained within this dossier.
