You are a person suffering from Anxiety. Try to survive and thrive while enduring breathing difficulties, sleeplessness, and intense worry and dread. Each turn, you will first draw a card which will show what kinds of Anxiety effects will punish you. These effects place cards on one of three tracks above the gameboard. Then you will use the healing effects on your cards to mitigate these Anxiety effects. If any of the tracks above the gameboard has three cards and you need to play another card to that track, you instead raise the Panic Level one space. If it ever reaches 20, you lose the game. You win the game if you run through the entire deck before your Panic Level reaches 20. This is a solitaire card game that takes 15-30 minutes to play. 2-5 player cooperative rules are available.
