User summary: The Anime RPG attempts to provide a tabletop framework upon which any style of anime roleplaying may be accomplished. The game plays in two major modes - story mode and action mode; story mode is narrative and is interrupted only when some critical opposed action must be resolved. Action mode proceeds in rounds and uses exploding dice for resolution. In addition to target success numbers, the GM may assign situational die bonus or penalties. The game itself is presented as five major HTML pages: Introduction (concise), Gameflow, Actions, Abilities, and Experience.
