A solo civilization game in just 18 cards. —description from the publisher This is a solo-only (although I have created rules to play head-to-head with two decks) game about building the best realm you can, as dictated by the number of victory points you earn. There are three types of cards: storage cards that track your inventory (gold, stone, wood and grain), district cards that contain standard civ building blocks (citizens, production sites, gold mines) and ancient wonders that cost resources to build and earn you big points). It is a card-laying game, where you draft a card from the queue and place it in your realm. Your realm is an evolving landscape made up of a single panoramic row, and each turn you'll be adding a card to expand your realm. You can cover part or entire cards in your realm if you wish, and for each block you cover you get to activate that block's power. Citizens give you one-time abilities, production sites generate new resources. Gold mines give you, you guessed it, gold. At its heart, it's a civilization-building-themed puzzle game, where you're trying to maximize your points by deciding what blocks to keep and what blocks to build over, carefully managing your resources, and balancing end game scoring goal needs with immediate tactical needs. —description from the designer
