Alternative Injuries

Publisher's blurb: Death is an ending, except when it’s not, that stops fun in its tracks. Some DMs avoid death, only dealing it out when the player agrees and it can be suitably epic. Going down still needs to have a sting though, and these rules provide it. Don’t have an adventure ended by an ignominious death, have it continue despite feeling like death!
