From publisher blurb: Airships are a staple of comic books, dime novels, and movie serials of the 1920s and '30s through to the pulp fiction movies of today. Heroes and villains use the craft as bases of operation and combat vehicles, and they are a great setting for a "closed room" mystery. Airships of the Pulp Era is a guide to reality and the fantasy of airships in the Interwar period. The history of the various vessels, how they were crewed and flown, and the politics around them are covered. Rules for using airships in the Ubiquity Role Playing System, which powers games like Hollow Earth Expedition are included.
