Affliction Ascendant

From publisher blurb: The battle for Tora Armis ends here. Deep beneath the hive spire of Tora Armis, the Absolvers Space Marine chapter dispatches a squad of Primaris battle-brothers to finally purge all traces of Chaos. They know they’re chasing the Chaos Lord Putradyne Corporis, but breaching an ancient tomb reveals a still mightier foe: the Great Unclean One Botuthrax Clostidia, newly released from its prison beneath the spire. Faced with three objectives — stopping Corporis, conclusively defeating a millennia-old foe, and saving Tora Armis — the Agents must decide what they’ll sacrifice in the name of duty. As well as the challenging conclusion to the Battlefield Adventures, Affliction Ascendant includes a new character Archetype; the First Company Veteran represents the most capable and experienced of Space Marines, those with the right to don mighty Terminator armour.
