Advanced Fast Initiative

From the introduction: Advanced Fast Initiative is a system-agnostic method for managing initiative on a new level of detail but at the same time, minding speed of combat. The system aims to simulate the chaos and changing ebb and flow of combat. It combines both deterministic values with random values with possibility to configure their ratio in final initiative order.
