Admiralty: Fighting Sail Warfare – 1750-1815

Admiralty is a set of Wargame rules for fighting under sail for the period 1750 - 1815. It is a rules-set ( 20+ pages ) and does not contain any figures. It's design in relatively simple and designed to allow players field large forces and still maintain realism in their simulations.
