Action Galaxy!

From publisher blurb: The Action Galaxy version of the standard Galaxy Command campaign setting puts a superheroic spin on space adventuring. Bold teenaged heroes from across the galaxy battle an assortment of new threats, from deadly space dragons to Space Mafia cyborgs equipped with energized axes that can cut through anything, even light or gravity itself. Action Galaxy is an incredibly bio-diverse vision of the universe; thousands of sentient races are proud members of Galaxy Command, and these worlds send their best and brightest young heroes to the utopian 35th century Earth for training as galactic heroes. Action Galaxy expands on the possibilities of the Galaxy Command campaign setting. Inside, you’ll find details about the Galactic Legion, a sprawling armada of super powerful galactic guardians, and the artificial moon, now in orbit around the 35th Century Earth, they call home. You’ll meet some new heroic races with their own unique gifts. You’ll also find a new selection of character options designed to emulate the thrills of DC Comic's long running Legion of Superheroes franchise: several new player races, new starting talents, new feats, new Powered Hero abilities and superpowers of all kinds, not to mention new weapons, equipment and starships. Finally, new threats and adventure ideas on entirely new planets and forgotten asteroid tombs challenge your galactic legionnaires.
