From the Introduction: The booklet you are reading details the Empire of Myoshima, a Rakasta nation located on the moon of Patera. The goal is to make the Empire a viable setting for an OD&D or AD&D campaign. This section introduces the motivations, challenges and inspirations of the present work, as well as a bibliography of the sources used in writing it. The rest of the work describes the history and geography of Myoshima, and presents the rules for Myoshiman Player Characters.
