A Bump in the Night

Publisher's blurb: The townsfolk of Easthaven are plagued by strange sounds coming from their basements in the middle of the night, only to wake up to find their items missing in the morning. What dark forces lie at the heart of this disturbance? This is a four-hour Dungeoncraft adventure for the Plague of Ancients campaign for tier 1 (level 1-4) characters, optimized for APL 3. This adventure uses the Burrowing Borrowers adventure seed.
