5E Rogue Subclass: Harlequin

From publisher blurb: Laughing in the face of danger is an attitude which sets harlequin rogues apart from their peers. Some may have been jesters at a noble court, others unruly thieves who would mock their chasers from the rooftops as they made their escape. You can try to ask them how they learned their craft, but you’re likely to get nothing but an insult for your trouble.
