Damage Specific Injury Tables and Variant Rules From the introduction: 5E players feel nigh-invincible past 2nd level. They may drop but they don’t die. Some are so confident that they see dropping as a tactic! This aims to give players an incentive not to drop by adding a few complications if they do. With some modification, the tables included can easily be used as short duration fumble effects as well.
