User summary: Character creation involves establishing a character concept, then generating Stats (Attributes) and Stat Specializations, then generating Skills and Skill Specializations. Characters also select Path Stats and Path Stat Specializations (roughly analogous to a loose class), and finally generate a background. All Stats may be generated using one of a variety of methods presented, from point allocation to randomization.
