From the introduction: Using a familiar format for Traveller players, this book presents 21 possible plots for the Referee to use with a gaming group. These can be useful not only when planning a short diversion from the main campaign, but also on those occasions where the players go off the anticipated path. Each of these plots has six possible variations. A Referee can follow the advice of the text and roll 1d6 to determine the course or he/she can simply choose among the presented options.
