1000 Random Quest Ideas

Publisher's blurb: In order to avoid repetition of the same fragment in successive quests, a custom algorithm was developed to construct quasi-random quests. The Wheel is a smart list-element-generator that always produces output that hasn’t been seen recently. This is in contrast to standard number generators that simply try to replicate natural dice. Natural dice can and will produce undesirable streaks of the same result, The Wheel avoids this issue elegantly.
