The events can relate directly to a character's experiences, or they could be related to the place where they were born. Some are odd, some are unsettling and some are weird. Explanations are not given for what might have caused an event; that could be for a character to find out. These childhood events can be used to develop a character's background and could also be used as a source of potential adventure hooks. This PDF supports Adobe layers and the page backgrounds and images can be disabled to make printing easier. Here are some sample results: People in your village used to die, just as would be expected, but there were no graves in the graveyard newer than a century old. Pets in your village would keep disappearing without a trace. Eventually, people stopped getting them. Runes were carved into every brick, plank, tile and timber of your childhood home. To this day, you do not know what they meant. Several nights a year, all the animals in your village would howl or cry all through the night. Several times a year, sigils would be drawn in animal blood on the doors of some of the houses in your village. One page is the front cover, one page is the front matter and half of a page is ads.
