100 Looter Cart Items 2

Publisher's blurb: As you make your way through the burnt out slums of the devastated city you happen to notice several local survivors pushing shopping carts full of gear. Their weapons and desperate facial expressions tell you these folk are looters. The opportunistic scavengers of the city. No better or no worse than yourself perhaps. So what’s in those rusty old shopping carts anyways? Could be anything.
