What you should know about working with us
We are Gamers. We play all kind of games. We throw dices and cards, we place figures, enjoy virtual worlds… and oh my, we wore out countless joysticks, game pads, keyboards and mouses over the years.
You don’t need to be a Gamer too. But it would surely help to fit the team if you were a gamer. This is not because we don’t like people who don’t understand themselves as gamer. But we are a real team and want everyone to contribute with ideas and to be passionate about what we work on.
We love a chilled boardgame session with friends or to get drawn into online worlds, but we dedicated us to get some serious work done. Our goal is to connect all gamers of all kinds with likeminded people and provide them a service landscape to manage their gamer life and activities.
You should be in a phase of your life, that allows you to join our team, knowing that there is a lot to do and only few slack times for the next year.
We want to make it as easy for our team to get work done. That’s why we are working 100% remote and allow our team to use their own hardware. Besides regular online meetings, we stay connected via online tools.
You love the idea of working 100% remote, where you like and with a lot of flexibility on when you work? That would be great. We can totally understand if someone first needs some face-to-face time with a team. We don’t have a central office but working fully remote ourselves. That’s why we rely on your possibility to connect with others, especially your team, purely online.
We believe in diversity & inclusion. It enables us to create better services for everyone. We encourage applications from anywhere on earth, people with disabilities, people from gender and sexually diverse communities, and/or people with intersectional identities… we could go on with the list, but you get the point: be a gamer and you are one of us!
