This secures the purchase, as the initial payment amounts to more than half of the total sum of 55 billion dollars. It is important to note that, while the new ownership is a consortium, Saudi Arabia\u2019s PIF owns 93.4% of the stakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.984rem, 0.984rem + ((1vw - 0.2rem) * 0.938), 1.5rem);\">The second part has been the loan of 22 billion dollars with Electronic Arts acting as guarantor for the purchase.
