Following Netflix\u2019s confirmation of the Assassin\u2019s Creed adaptation<\/a>, many gamers have revisited the video game series in anticipation of the upcoming series\u2019 big premiere. For those of you who are discovering or rediscovering the Ezio Auditore saga, <\/a>here is a guide to all the glyphs and puzzles in Assassin\u2019s Creed II.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Assassin’s Creed II<\/a> contains a total of 20 glyphs scattered across all the locations that Ezio Auditore (the protagonist) visits. These glyphs are not part of the main storyline; however, they reveal \u201cthe truth\u201d a side quest more closely linked to Desmond, the protagonist in the Animus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These glyphs represent hidden, encoded information that Subject 16, Desmond\u2019s predecessor, managed to decipher at Abstergo during his time there. The information was later stolen by Lucy inside an external memory device and implanted into the Animus held by the Assassins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. San Lorenzo: Between the bell tower and the dome you\u2019ll find the glyph , on the tower\u2019s southern wall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mercato Vecchio: On the low roof at the northeast corner of the Mercata and look for the glyph on the eastern side. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. La Rosa Colta: Facing La Rosa Colta\u2019s front door, climb the fa\u00e7ade to the roof. You\u2019ll find the glyph on the roof\u2019s second tier. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ospedale degli Innocenti: On the eastern side of the Ospedale\u2019s roof, the glyph is on the wall of the second tier roof. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Santa Croce: Climb up onto the north side of the lower roof. The glyph will be on the belltower wall. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      3. Climb up the Torre Dei Diavolo. The glyph is on the highest point of the tower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. In the tunnel of the Antico Teatro Romano. The glyph is on the left wall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. At the base of the tallest tower in the Monte Olivetto Maggiore abbey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Climb the tower of Avamposto Veneziano. The glyph is on the top section of the wall facing the sea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. In Abbadia San Mercuriale\u2019s Court yard, you\u2019ll find the glyph above one of the archways to the right of the tower.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Under the Ponte di Rialto, swim under the wood beams and you\u2019ll find it  on one of the walls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. On the first building on the left side of the Ponte di Rialto. At the top of the building you\u2019ll find a small dome with a statue. On one of the walls under it you\u2019ll find the glyph.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3.  Climb onto the rooftop of the Gilda dei Ladri di Venezia, you\u2019ll find the glyph at the side of a window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Climb onto the rooftop of the Torre dell\u2019Oroligio. You\u2019ll find the glyph on the rooftop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Across Piazza San Marco climb onto the rooftop of the Campanille di San Marco. You\u2019ll find this glyph on the floor inside the Campanille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Climb onto the Scuola Grande di San Marco\u2019s white building. You\u2019ll find the glyph behind the arch of the roof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          7. On the eastern side of the roof of San Pietro di Castello.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Glyph Puzzle Solutions in Assassins Creed II<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            All puzzles in Assassin’s Creed II are resolved in numerical order, regardless of the glyph order chosen by the player. This means that even if you discover the glyphs by accident at the near end of the story, you can resolve them at any stage of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
